Where to find the log files?

Find the log files for WriteBackExtreme or MailScheduler

To find the log files:

  • Go to the installation folder
  • Next, open the storage folder.
  • Here you will find a logs folder.
  • Here are multiple log files. Open the most recent one and provide it to us. 

Since WriteBackExtreme 2.1.0 you can also download the log files through the management console. You can find the logs under the 'Upgrade and License' button.
